Shipping Policy
At ZiggyWiggy we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as described. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2-7 business days after processing depending on your location and the product ordered. Some items may take up to 10 business days during peak holiday periods or due to unexpected carrier delays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us at contact.ziggywiggy@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments and will be calculated at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately at contact.ziggywiggy@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and item
If your package is lost in transit please contact us after 10 business days from your expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or having it delivered to a secure location.
Address Errors
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. ZiggyWiggy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at contact.ziggywiggy@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
