We want you to love every single thing you find at ZiggyWiggy. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable products

How to Start a Return

We make it simple:

  1. Email us at contact.ziggywiggy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll review your request and respond within 3 business days
  3. If approved, we'll send you return instructions and the return address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — returns without prior approval will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item arrived defective
  • We sent the wrong item

In these cases ZiggyWiggy will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email notification. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or PayPal processing times it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve this for you within 24 hours — no questions asked. You will receive either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item we sincerely apologize. Contact us immediately and we will:

  • Send the correct item at no charge
  • Arrange collection of the wrong item at our expense

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Returns without prior approval
